Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 0.5 cup Ranch dressing
  • 0.5 cup Cayenne-based hot sauce
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 cups Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded, divided
  • 0.5 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.25 cup Scallions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). until the heat is steady.
  2. Place 8 oz softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Note: Softening is non negotiable for a smooth texture.
  3. Add 0.5 cup Ranch dressing, 0.5 cup hot sauce, and 0.5 tsp garlic powder to the cream cheese.
  4. Whisk the mixture vigorously until the sauce is silky and orange.
  5. Fold in 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken and 0.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese.
  6. Stir in 0.5 cup Monterey Jack cheese until the chicken is fully coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture into your baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese over the top.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is molten.
  10. Remove from the oven and top with 0.25 cup sliced scallions before serving.
