Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Chili Powder

- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and cornstarch.
- Whisk the ingredients vigorously for 30 seconds until the mixture is a uniform mahogany color with no visible streaks of white cornstarch or clumps of spices.
- Transfer the mix to an airtight glass jar. Label with the date and usage instructions: use 2 to 3 tablespoons per 1 lb (500g) of meat.
