Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup whole milk
Instructions:
- Place the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Melt it slowly until fully liquid but not bubbling.
- Remove from heat and let the butter cool for 1–2 minutes until warm but not scalding.
- Pour the milk into a blender or deep bowl. Slowly drizzle the melted butter into the milk while whisking or blending on low.
- Process the mixture for 30–60 seconds until the liquid is a uniform, creamy, pale-ivory color.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to stabilize the fat molecules before using in recipes.
