Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (60g) light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60g) non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (85g) raw clover honey
- 2 tbsp (30g) Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp (15g) yellow mustard
- 1 tsp (5ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Place 1/4 cup light mayonnaise and 1/4 cup Greek yogurt into a small bowl.
- Pour in 1/4 cup raw clover honey.
- Spoon in 2 tbsp Dijon and 1 tbsp yellow mustard.
- Add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar to the mixture.
- Sprinkle in 1/8 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and your pinches of salt and pepper.
- Start in the center and work outward until the streaks of white and yellow disappear. Look for a uniform, glossy finish.
- Dip a clean spoon in. Check for a balance of sweet and sharp.
- Let it sit for at least 5 minutes. This allows the dry spices to hydrate and release their oils.
