Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (60g) light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60g) non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (85g) raw clover honey
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp (15g) yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp (5ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place 1/4 cup light mayonnaise and 1/4 cup Greek yogurt into a small bowl.
  2. Pour in 1/4 cup raw clover honey.
  3. Spoon in 2 tbsp Dijon and 1 tbsp yellow mustard.
  4. Add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar to the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle in 1/8 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and your pinches of salt and pepper.
  6. Start in the center and work outward until the streaks of white and yellow disappear. Look for a uniform, glossy finish.
  7. Dip a clean spoon in. Check for a balance of sweet and sharp.
  8. Let it sit for at least 5 minutes. This allows the dry spices to hydrate and release their oils.
