Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp Fine Sea Salt
- 3 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano (finely crushed)
- 1 tbsp Dried Thyme (finely crushed)
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Ground White Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
Instructions:
- Place a fine-mesh sifter over a large stainless steel bowl. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Use a spoon to push the powders through the mesh to break up any micro-clumps, ensuring an even distribution.
- Add the ground black pepper, ground white pepper, cayenne pepper, and chili powder to the bowl. Use a small whisk to integrate the heat components thoroughly.
- Add the fine sea salt, dried oregano, and dried thyme to the mixture. Whisk vigorously until the blend is completely homogenous and the color is a uniform mahogany red.
- Using a funnel, transfer the finished seasoning into glass airtight spice jars. Store in a cool, dark place to preserve the oils in the peppers.
