- 2 tbsp (30g) mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the 'drippy' natural peanut butter and the liquid sweetener (honey or maple syrup). Stir until the mixture looks glossy and completely unified.
- Integrate the dry matrix by adding the protein powder, ground flaxseeds, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir vigorously until a thick, heavy dough-like paste forms.
- Fold in the rolled oats and mini dark chocolate chips, ensuring the oats act as a structural anchor and are evenly distributed.
- Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion the dough and roll into approximately 12 even balls.
