  • 1 cup (90g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp (40g) honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp (30g) mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the 'drippy' natural peanut butter and the liquid sweetener (honey or maple syrup). Stir until the mixture looks glossy and completely unified.
  2. Integrate the dry matrix by adding the protein powder, ground flaxseeds, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir vigorously until a thick, heavy dough-like paste forms.
  3. Fold in the rolled oats and mini dark chocolate chips, ensuring the oats act as a structural anchor and are evenly distributed.
  4. Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion the dough and roll into approximately 12 even balls.
  5. Place the protein balls in an airtight container. They can be consumed immediately or refrigerated to firm up the texture.
