Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (42g) honey
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp (5ml) lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature to avoid a grainy texture.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a medium mixing bowl. Beat on medium-high speed with an electric mixer for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  3. Lower the mixer speed and gradually add the honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Beat for another 30 seconds until fully incorporated.
