Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (42g) honey
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 tsp (5ml) lemon juice
Instructions:
- Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature to avoid a grainy texture.
- Combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a medium mixing bowl. Beat on medium-high speed with an electric mixer for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Lower the mixer speed and gradually add the honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Beat for another 30 seconds until fully incorporated.
