Ingredients:
- 36 Oreo cookies (450g)
- 6 tbsp (85g) unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 8 oz (225g) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 package (96g) instant vanilla or chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups (480ml) cold whole milk
- 1/2 cup (60g) crushed Oreo crumbs
- 2 tbsp (15g) festive sprinkles
- 1/2 cup (60ml) whipped cream for piping
Instructions:
- Crush the Oreo cookies until they reach a fine, sandy consistency. Mix with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish using the back of a spoon.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold it into the cream cheese along with the whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the cookie crust.
- Whisk the instant pudding mix and cold milk together for 2 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken. Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer and smooth the top with an offset spatula.
- Transfer the dish to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours to allow the layers to set.
- Once set, pipe whipped cream swirls on top and garnish with festive sprinkles and crushed cookie crumbs.
