Ingredients:

  • 36 Oreo cookies (450g)
  • 6 tbsp (85g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 8 oz (225g) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (96g) instant vanilla or chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups (480ml) cold whole milk
  • 1/2 cup (60g) crushed Oreo crumbs
  • 2 tbsp (15g) festive sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup (60ml) whipped cream for piping

Instructions:

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies until they reach a fine, sandy consistency. Mix with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish using the back of a spoon.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold it into the cream cheese along with the whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the cookie crust.
  3. Whisk the instant pudding mix and cold milk together for 2 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken. Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer and smooth the top with an offset spatula.
  4. Transfer the dish to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours to allow the layers to set.
  5. Once set, pipe whipped cream swirls on top and garnish with festive sprinkles and crushed cookie crumbs.
