Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 2 tbsp buffalo ranch seasoning
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely shredded
- 1/3 cup hot buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Beat the room-temperature cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and velvety.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar, buffalo ranch seasoning, and cracked black pepper until the mixture is uniform and free of lumps.
- Gently fold in the finely shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, mixing until the chicken is fully coated and the mixture is a vibrant orange color.
- Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap, gather the edges, and twist tightly to compress the mixture into a firm, smooth ball.
- Refrigerate the compressed ball for 1 hour to ensure it sets and holds its shape.
- Remove the plastic wrap and roll the ball in blue cheese crumbles, chopped chives, and smoked paprika, pressing the garnishes lightly into the surface.
