Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup Roma tomato, seeded and diced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp minced jalapeño
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Finely dice the red onion, Roma tomato, and jalapeño. Chop the fresh cilantro.
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a large mixing bowl. Squeeze in the lime juice and sprinkle with fine sea salt. Use a fork to mash the avocados until combined but still containing visible chunks.
- Gently fold in the diced onion, tomato, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro. Stir in the black pepper until ingredients are evenly distributed.
