Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp minced jalapeño
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Finely dice the red onion, Roma tomato, and jalapeño. Chop the fresh cilantro.
  2. Scoop the avocado flesh into a large mixing bowl. Squeeze in the lime juice and sprinkle with fine sea salt. Use a fork to mash the avocados until combined but still containing visible chunks.
  3. Gently fold in the diced onion, tomato, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro. Stir in the black pepper until ingredients are evenly distributed.
