- 1 tsp avocado oil spray

Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for at least 3 minutes to ensure a thermal shock for the breading.
- Place the frozen chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Ensure no nuggets are overlapping to allow for maximum airflow.
- Optional: Lightly spritz the nuggets with avocado oil spray to help achieve a mahogany-colored, shattering crust.
- Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Remove the basket and give it a vigorous shake or use silicone-tipped tongs to flip each nugget.
- Continue cooking for an additional 3 to 7 minutes until the exterior is deeply golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with flaky sea salt while the surface oils are still active.
