- 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, large egg, honey, and milk until smooth.
- Fold in the rolled oats and slivered almonds. Mix thoroughly until the dry ingredients are fully hydrated and the mixture forms a cohesive dough.
- Scoop the mixture (about 1.5 tablespoons per bite) onto the prepared baking sheet. This recipe yields approximately 16–20 bites.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown around the edges and set in the center. Let cool slightly before serving.
